How to Hire the Parish Hall

Our Charges

Due to rising energy costs the Committee regret having to increase the hire charges to the following with effect from 1 March 2023.

Use of the kitchen is included in these prices and a booking for six consecutive weeks attracts a discount of 10%.

Use of the Audio Visual equipment in the Litchfield Room is free. The professional Audio Visual equipment in the Main Hall can be hired at a fee to be decided once the purpose of use is known.

The EPHMC reserve the right to:

  • Refuse any booking not considered appropriate.
  • Refuse booking applications from a third party without proof of identity.
  • Refuse bookings for parties for persons in the age group 16 to 21.
