76. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST AND MEMBERS’ REGISTER OF INTERESTS:-
- None
77. PUBLIC DISCUSSION
- The clerk had received an email from Enstone Parochial Church Council offering a meeting with members of the Parish Council to visit the church and graveyard following several concerns around the grass maintenance. A date will be arranged.
- Lease – Sports Club – the clerk had received the renewal lease and passed this to Cllr. Ward who will arrange for the Sports Club Trustees to sign the document before the PC’s next meeting on 15th August.
- Faulty wig wag sign Lidstone Road – Cllr. Millar stated that this has been returned to the manufacturers for repair.
78. PUBLIC AND PRESS
To consider passing a resolution, in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act 1960 that the public and press be excluded from the meeting for the following item by reason of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted:-
- Enstone Relief in Need Charity – the Parish Council unanimously agreed to this resolution.
79. ENSTONE RELIEF IN NEED CHARITY
- Following the previous meeting held on 11th July 2024, the Parish Council had received advice from the Charity Commission and had subsequently written to the current Trustees.
- A further letter has been sent to the Trustees, requesting a response to the Parish Council by 14th August.

There being no further business the meeting closed at 7.40 pm. Cllr. Knott thanked
everyone for attending.
