Definitive Map and Statement of Public Rights of Way for Oxfordshire
Enstone Byways Open to All Traffic Nos. 65 & 66 Modification Order 2023
On 13 December 2023, Oxfordshire County Council confirmed without modification the above order made under section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981. The effect of the order as confirmed is to modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by: –
Adding to them the byway open to all traffic from the road through Gagingwell (B4030) east of Cuckold’s Holt Farm at grid reference SP 4108 2550, running northwest for 399m to the junction of BR13 and BR28 at SP 4076 2572

The order as confirmed became operative on the date of confirmation but if a person aggrieved by the order wants to question its validity, on the ground that it is not within the powers of section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, or on the ground that any requirement of Schedule 15 to the Act has not been complied with in relation to the order, he or she may, under paragraph 12 of Schedule 15 to the Act, within 42 days from 11 January 2024, make an application for that purpose to the High Court.
