Need help in a financial crisis? A scheme has been launched by Oxfordshire County Council to support residents who are either in, or at risk of being in crisis, are in need of immediate help and have no other source of financial support available to them. The Resident Support Scheme will help with short-term basic living costs such as food and credit for gas/electric prepayment meters.

West Oxfordshire is opening its doors again this year to provide inclusive, non-judgmental spaces where everyone can expect a warm welcome, free tea/coffee and an opportunity to chat.

The British Heart Foundation is offering a free, interactive and easy-to-use CPR training course.

‘Westhive’ community crowdfunding programme is launched by West Oxfordshire District Council. Community groups and residents are being invited to imagine a project that would benefit their community and make it happen.

Move Together supports residents with long-term health conditions, mental health issues, those at risk of falls and those struggling with pain to become more active.

Connect, build friendships and find support by joining the CAP Life Skills team this Autumn at the High Street Methodist Church in Witney for FREE coffee, cakes and pastries.

Gloji Energy is a health and well-being programme for children aged 4-12 funded by Oxfordshire County Council working in partnership with Better Leisure.

The Men’s Health Partnership is hosting two events in Carterton to encourage men to engage with their health and wellbeing.

Free electric blanket checks in Witney on Thursday 5th October. Come along and bring a friend for free refreshments and information about keeping safe and well.
